Upon completion of training at the first (bachelor's) level, the graduate receives a qualification: Bachelor of law. The term of study is 4 years by day and 4.6 years by correspondence forms of study.
Program focus: formation of understanding of nature and functions of law, basic legal institutions and mechanisms of legal regulation of social relations.
The purpose of the educational program: to prepare highly qualified specialists who can solve complex specialized tasks in the learning process, practical problems in the field of law, which involves the formation of general, professional competences necessary for understanding the nature and functions of law, the content of its basic legal institutions, taking into account the radical changes in all areas of social life.

-understanding of the nature of the state and law, their historical development in Ukraine and the world.
