The following documents must be submitted for admission to the Odesa Institute of MAUP for study under the Ukrainian program:

1. Passport (original and copy).
*In the case of submitting a passport with a contactless electronic medium, a copy of the certificate / extract on the registration of the place of residence must be attached.

2. Identification code (original and copy).

3. Document on previous education (original and copy).

4. Appendix with grades to the document on previous education (original and copy of all pages).

5. Certificates of external examinations.

6. Printed results of ZNO/NMT on blank sheets of A4 format.

7. Certificate of change of surname, first name or patronymic (if necessary).

8. Four color photos (3x4 cm).

9. Military ID (from 25 years old) or temporary ID card (from 25 years old), or a certificate of enrollment in conscription stations (up to 25 years old) (original and copy).

For admission to the Odesa Institute of MAUP to study under the Polish-Ukrainian program, you must submit ORIGINALS, COPIES and SCANDOPIES of the following documents:

1. Completed forms for the following applications:
Admission to a bachelor's degree in Homeland Security (sample)
Admission to the master's degree in Internal Security (sample)
Admission to a master's degree in Law (sample)
Admission to the master's degree in Psychology (sample)
2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (original, copy, scanned copy).
*In the case of submitting a passport with contactless electronic media, it is necessary to add a copy and a scan of the certificate / extract about the registration of the place of residence.
3. Identification code (original, copy and scan copy).
4. Certificate / certificate of completion of general secondary education (original, copy and scanned copy).5. Document on previous education (original, copy and scanned copy).
6. Appendix to the document on previous education (original, copy and scanned copy of all pages).
7. Certificate of change of surname, first name or patronymic (original, copy and scanned copy).
8. Four color photo cards measuring 3x4 cm (original, copy and scanned copy of one photo).

In order to receive a POLISH diploma, it is necessary to submit, in addition to the list of documents mentioned above:

- a notarized translation into POLISH of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of a booklet (a foreign passport or a passport with an electronic medium do NOT require translation);
- a notarized translation into POLISH of a document on previous education, an appendix with grades, as well as a certificate of change of surname / first name.
- The presence of originals, copies and scanned copies of the above documents is MANDATORY!

Scans of documents must be brought on a flash drive as one file in PDF format. The order of documents in the PDF file should be according to the list above.
