On February 25, 2026, an online meeting was held between students and graduates of the Psychology program and a practicing psychologist of the National Guard of Ukraine.
The event was organized to provide career guidance for future specialists who aspire to apply their knowledge in the field of psychology within military service and to provide psychological support to the defenders of Ukraine.
During the meeting, participants learned:
-what the National Guard of Ukraine is and its main tasks;
-how psychological support is provided within NGU units;
-the main areas of activity of military psychologists;
-the specifics and challenges of serving as a psychologist in a military unit;
-employment opportunities for psychologists in the National Guard of Ukraine;
-the requirements for candidates applying for psychologist positions.
Students and graduates had the opportunity to communicate with a practicing specialist, ask questions, and receive comprehensive information about professional activities, service conditions, and career prospects within the structure of the National Guard of Ukraine.
